Breathwork is safe for almost all people; however if you have any serious medical conditions or are worried about anything, please reach out to me directly using the email below and I can advise. 

The following medical conditions will need to be raised with me before participating:

You are purchasing a space in the next live class - please check the website for the date and time of the class.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All classes are recorded and uploaded to the portal/emailed to you on the same day in case you can't make it live. 

You will get an email on the day of the call with a Zoom link, plus a reminder email (unless you sign up late!)

For the class you will need a comfy space where you can lie down flat comfortably, undisturbed for up to 45 mins (or the whole 90 mins). You might like to have an eye cover, a journal and pen, smooth rocks or crystals to hold and anything else that enhances your spiritual connection. 

There will be space to ground, arrive and presence your desires at the start of the class.

I will then hold a group Q&A.

Followed by a supportive Breathwork experience,

You can have your video on or off but everyone is muted.

After the breath (which lasts around 25 mins), we share a meditative space to connect to our truth.

At this point, we will use a quantum meditation to dream a new vision for yourself, the group and the collective.

Following this I will hold space for your journalling and integration process.

It will be a powerful, magnetic vortex to plug into the quantum leaving you feeling positive, clear and fired up about the month ahead.
